We offer the following
shipping options:
- Express (5 days)
- 1st class airmail
with track and trace (14 days)
- 1st class airmail (14
days)
- Economy Air (6-8
weeks).
The charges for each
service are calculated separately according to the weight
of each product, and appear in the tables below and in
the checkout page of our shopping cart. Please check your
preferred option.
Insurance, full track and trace service and signed
acceptance is included in the price charged for all
Express deliveries. (Express is the only service that
offers signed acceptance of delivery)
If you order a Lining or Hood as an option with a jacket
or coat a nominal fee (+shipping) will be added prior to
the final checkout. You will be charged LESS for shipping
these items when ordered as an OPTION with a coat or
jacket than if they were ordered separately.
Prices charged in the shipping tables include packaging
and handling. All prices are in United States Dollars,
other currencies quoted by applying The Universal Currency
Converter.
Exchange rates fluctuate slightly from day to day, and
will be converted to your currency by your nominated
credit card company at the time of the transaction.
RETURNING GOODS FOR EXCHANGE
All items can be exchanged, for another size,
style, colour or Brand from our catalogue.
It is essential that tags and labels be not removed if an
item is to be exchanged.
If tags or labels are removed and the item requires
repackaging, a handling fee of US$10.00 may be charged in
addition to the return postal fees for the selected
delivery method.
IMPORT DUTY OR TARIFFS
Charges MAY apply in some countries. Import duty
or tariffs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and
we advise you to check with your local Customs Office for
details. In many cases the value of the purchase will be
below the dutiable level, and Customs will make no
further charges. Even if you are charged import duty, the
total cost of your purchase is still likely to be below
the local retail price.
BILLING CURRENCY
Prices for all products and shipping are listed in US$.
Our company resides in New Zealand and our banking law
requires that all credit card charges be made in NZ$. We
bill all charges at the exact rate supplied by The Universal Currency
Converter
Your nominated Credit Card provider will convert the
amount billed to your currency on the day the transaction
is made. International exchange rates do fluctuate
slightly from day to day, and while every effort is made
to charge accurately, the price billed to your credit
card may vary (very slightly) from our advertised prices.
