We operate a secure server for the safe transmission of customer orders, customer credit card information, and personal contact details.

Once received, this information is transferred to print and all personal credit card records are deleted from our computers.

The only information retained on computer file is current e-mail, subscribed mailing list e-mail addresses, and postal addresses. A subscriber can remove their e-mail address at any time.

No customer information is ever made available to any outside company, agency or individual in any form for any reason, other than Government Agencies in compliance with our statutory obligations.

For customers who have concerns about Internet security, we offer an option to order by fax and payment by wire or telegraphic transfer.

We are extremely vigilant regarding Internet credit card fraud, and frequently request the Credit Card Authorisation Service to make further investigation regarding the authenticity of information supplied.

When we have occasionally identified instances of attempted fraud we have immediately notified the Credit Card Company concerned.
