Operating
the shopping cart
Every page has a
navigation bar on the left side of your screen,
where you can click on the brand name
of the product you are interested in.
Once you have clicked on the brand name, the full
catalogue of that brand will open. You can then
click on a catalogue item to see a photo of the
product and a full description.
The full catalogue of that brand will now be
displayed on the right side of your screen, so it
is easy to view another product in the main page.
Once you have selected a product to order, click
on "add to cart", and
you will enter the shopping cart program.
The next stage is to click on "select
options", here you will see the
options that are available for your selected
product.
Here you will select from the drop-down menu the
size, colour, hoods, linings, etc that may be
available for the product that you have selected.
(Only options applicable to that product will be
displayed)
Once you have selected the options please be sure
to click on "update cart"
You will then see your product with the options
that you have selected, and the price updated
accordingly.
If this is correct, you may select another
product from the same brand by clicking on "item
browser", or from another brand by
clicking on "category & search".
You can add as many products as you wish by
following this procedure, and they will all be
displayed in the shopping cart. Once you have
completed your order, click on "checkout".
Checkout will present a secure form
where you can add your shipping and billing
details, your credit card # and expiration, and
your preferred method of shipment (fields with a
red asterisk are required to be completed)
Once all information has been entered, click on
"submit info"
You will then see a confirmation page summarizing
your completed order, including the shipping
method and charges, your delivery address and
other information. Once you have checked this
information, scroll to the bottom of the page and
click on "submit order"
You will then see a page stating that your order
has been sent successfully, and be allocated an
order #.
Within a few minutes you will receive an
email confirming your order.
If you do not receive confirmation by email, it
means that we have not received your order and
you should contact us for
further advice.
If the instructions above are not sufficient, of
if you have problems for any reason, please do
not take it out on your computer, contact
us!
If you are unsure about the ordering sequence,
print this page and have it beside you as you
work through the ordering process, it will be
quite easy!
PS Some people may experience problems if they
are attempting to order from their office using a
computer connected to an office network, for
security reasons some workplace computer networks
are prevented from entering secure pages, and in
that case you may have to place your order from
another computer, or fax your order. (you can do
this by printing the fax order form)
