Can I search online for specific brands or items?
Yes. On the Homepage left navigation you will see a box called 'Quick Find' which allows you to use keywords to find the product or garment you are looking for.
Do you sell genuine Barbour clothing?
Yes. All our Barbour, Backhouse and Driza-bone are genuine and authentic. Our British Barbour clothing is made in New Zealand under licence to J. Barbour and Sons Ltd.
I want to order a jacket that isn't listed on your Website can you help me?
If you send us an email to info@bestofdownunder.co.nz outlining your requirements we will endeavour to source the item and provide a quoted price for you.
Can I return a jacket for a difference size if I discover it is too big or small?
We allow customers to try the garment on to confirm that it fits well, but not to remove any of the swing tags or labels before requesting an exchange, or to wear the garment any more than is necessary to confirm that the size and style is correct for them.
The cost of returning a product for exchange is to be born by the customer.
It is essential that tags and labels be not removed if an item is to be exchanged.
A handling fee of $10.00 may be added if tags or labels have been removed and the product has to be repackaged.
Are you a New Zealand company?
Yes we are located in Canterbury. Online orders can be sent anywhere within New Zealand and around the world.
What Currency are the prices in?
All products are in United States currency.
What international shipping options do you offer?
We have a range of international shipping options, including International Express Courier Tracked (5 days), International Courier Tracked (14 days), 1st Class Airmail 14 days and Economy Air (6-8 weeks).
Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been sent out to. If you selected Courier delivery you will also be advised of your Track & Trace consignment number and the courier contact number for any queries regarding your delivery.
