Message: Received my Driz-a-Bone Short Coat 12 days after it was shipped. It's a nice, well made coat and cheaper (inlcuding shipping) than anything I found in the USA. Made better, too. It's just not the hard shell type of coat I was expecting. When I chose the shipping method during the order placement, I understood from the printed description that I would receive a tracking number when the order was sent. I later found out that this was not the case and I could only wait for the coat to arrive with no way of following it in case of a problem. The shipping description on the Shipping link, did not match my understanding, nor what was then listed on my order receipt. My order arrived with apparantly no trouble, but I didn't like being confused about what I paid for and expected in making a purchase from overseas.

Message: Great service. Just received the Westmoreland Barbour and it is just what I wanted. And, the price was $100 less than the same in the US (even taking into consideration the shipping costs).
